This allows reducing the temporary hardness salts amount by 80 - 90 %, increasing surface water tention by 15 - 25 %, reducing the dry remainder by 20 - 30 %, reducing specific electric power consumption 10 times with simultaneous 10 - 50 times reducing of time of processing in electrical fields, compared to existing technologies and equipment.
