In 10 fields and areas with perspectives for oil and gas the special processing and reinterpretation of the combination of geology-geophysical and geochemical methods based on the seismic survey GSP (geological section prognosis) employment with INPRESS 5 system, geodynamical zoning, geochemical investigations, GIS-technologies performed. The new geological models elaborated or existing models ascertained that enabled evaluate the effectiveness of several employed geology-geophysical methods. The traps in inter-datum interval were distinguished. New methodical approaches for investigation of the Pre-Cambrian basement with standard reflection seismic proposed. For the Northern edge of DDD ascertained, that recent geodynamical activity is the most differentiated in Northern pre-edge zone and the margin part of the edge. The schemes of recent (Holocene) geodynamical activity for separate areas of the DDD edges М 1:200 000 and 1:50 000 obtained. The additional exploration indices substantiated: the horizontal gradients of vertical Holocene movements, the contents of heavy hydrocarbons and the bituminous coefficient. The reasonability of the geochemical exploration data interpretation accounting Holocene activity demonstrated. Adaptability of the "seismic survey - electric prospecting - geochemistry" combination on the geodynamical basis determined.
