Separate links of mechanism detoxication effect of substances with sorption, helating, membrane stabiling and antioxidant properties during saturnism was cleared. Decreasing of manifestation or normalizing effect on toxicodynamics of incorporated in rats organism lead in early period (1-3,4 weeks) was observed. Lead remobilization with intensification its decorporation through kidney and liver was also noted. In 6 weeks increased of toxicodynamics effects and lead redistribution among separate depots was observed. Advisability of short-term using of calcium alginate, quercetine and vitamin D3 for decreasing homeostasis disturbance in person exposed to lead was based.
