Special searching for specific traits of this process in materials of final Middle Paleolithic is important in this respect. Materials of multilayered site of Zaskalnaya VI (Kolosovskaya) in Crimea with skeletal remains of Neanderthals dated to ca. 40-30 radiocarbon ky were subjected to studies in the year 2007. Preliminary results on anthropological, techno-typological and use-wear analysis were obtained in course of examination of materials coming from layers 3a and 3 of the site. Should be stressed the recovery of artifacts of Upper Paleolithic appearance in materials of the site. Comparative analytical analysis of materials of contemporaneous Middle Paleolithic sites was conducted in institutions of Russia. Laboratory of genetical studies of Max Plank Institute, Germany, was involved in cooperation. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
