Dependence of mezoporous structure characteristics, thermogravimetric, conducting and dielectric properties of the polianiline nanocomposites on synthesis conditions and chemical structure is determined. Thermodynamic description of influence of size, surface effects and screening phenomenon on polar properties and phase diagrams of nanosized ferroics is proposed. The nanoparticle shape influence on the ordered phase conservation taking into account depolarization field, correlation effects and mechanical stress is shown. Effect of mechanical tension appearing on the ferroelectric film - substrate boundary because of their lattice constants misfit on the properties of nanofilms of potassium niobate, potassium tantalate and their solid solutions is studied.
