Size effects for materials in ferroelectric tetrafonal phase at room temperature and in cubic paraelectric phases were theoretically studied. It was proposed the method for extracting of value of particle critical size from ratio of line intensities with different symmetries in absorption spectra. The samples of zirconium dioxide nanosized powders were investigated by radiospectroscopy methods. It is established that ESR signal changes are connected with changes of Cr ions charge state. So, an intensity of ESR signal І(Cr) is a detector of nanopours number in crystal lattice and on surface of nanopowders.
