It is worked through the properties of production of BaTiO3 crystalls of nonisometric form by crystallization from solution in melt. The investigations of NMR spectra of 207Pb and 93Nb nuclei in ceramics of relaxor ferroelectrics PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3 and solid solutions (1-x)PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3-xPbTiO3 are carried out. The main mechanisms causing the characteristics of 207Pb and 93Nb resonance spectra are studied. The measurements of spin-spin and spin-lattice relaxation for 207Pb ions in these materials are carried out for the first time. It is determined that orientation fluctuations and polar nanoclusters size are the main reasons both dielectric relaxation and nuclear magnetization relaxation.
