It have been determined that under the action of day light there optical transfers with charge transference. The photo- and radiochemical coloration processes of crystals CsI(Tl) have been studied. It has been determined that under the action of ionizing radiation two types of active colour centers, the number of which arcwise depends on activator content. The model of electronic (Tl0va+) and perforated (Tl2+vc-) colour centers, in which electron and holes are allocated, correspondingly on Tl+va+ and Tl+vс active strapping site.
