The research concerning influence of growth furnace thermal profile on optical and scintillation parameters of selenide zinc chalcogenide crysytals has been conducted. Interconnection of crystal internal thermotension with parameters of growth furnace thermal field and homogeneity of scintillators characteristics has been studied. The possibility of chalcogenide scintillators light output value correction by means of their thermal and chemical treatment has been determined.
