Karazin popup.description2 The objects of our research were exudates of fungi Pleurotus ostreatus, exudates of Eisenia fetida, root exudates of wheat "Donetskaya-49", microalgae Dunaliella viridis, Chlorella vulgaris, Spirulina platensis, carotin yield Rhodosporidium diobovatum. The aim of research consisted in following: - to research the influence of carbon sources in medium on activity of excretion of extracellular enzymes P. ostreatus; on growth intensity and carotin storage in biomass of Rh. diobovatum; - to research the influence of exudates of E. fetida on growth activity of high plants and cultures of microalgae; - to research relationship between activity of root excretion, intensity of root growth and number of border cells of 1-day wheat seedlings; - ti estimate antioxidative and antibacterial activity of exudates; In course of research we studied: - the influence of different carbon-included compounds on cellulolytic and proteolytic activity of cultural medium of Р. ostreatus; - dose-dependent effects of NaF on speed of root growth, intensity of root excretion, number of root border cells in root apex, viscidity of gel cover of root apex, cytoarchetectonic structure of root apex of wheat seedlings; - the influence of root exudates of wheat and exudates of E. fetida on intensity of growth cultures of microalgae D .viridis, Ch. vulgaris, Sp. platensis ; - the general antioxidative activity and activity of caught of radicals in cultural medium of Р.ostreatus; of root exudates of wheat seedlings and of exudates of E. fetida; - antibacterial activity of root exudates of wheat seedlings; - the influence of carbon source in culture medium and ion radiation on storage of biomass of Rh.diobovatum and carotin storage in yield biomass.
