Medical and technical requirements to orthoses and indications to their application at different degrees of evidence of pathological process have been developed; two new designs of orthoses on a knee joint and on all the leg and 10 modifications of designs of orthoses for lower extremities at ОА of knee joints and techniques of their manufacturing have been developed.
