During initial projections receiving under radiological research the research parameters have to be chosen reasoning from compromise between resolution and sensitivity. So, under heart dynamic tomography the most crucial parameter that has to be determined is radiopharmaceutical activity in every moment of cardiac cycle. At the same time geometric parameters of radioactive substance distribution are not so important, as more accurate structural information one can get by means of research on MPT or X-ray tomography. The example of opposite situation can be liver and cerebrum investigation. Spatial resolution is very important here for functional abnormality revelation, as useful medical information lies in radiopharmaceutical distribution density gradient.
