Such approach has allowed to attract loss of work capacity and social dezadaptation in traditional demographic parameters. But this basis the division of Ukraine on 5 of macro-regions (clusters) is carried spent, which included administrative territories close on age distribution and labour potential of the population. Polar on API and MSL are cluster № 1 (Zakarpatye, Rovno and Chernovtsy area) and cluster № 5 (Zhitomir, Khmelnitskiy and Chernigov area). The comparative analysis of a medical-demographic, social-economic and ecological situation in clusters is carried out. Is shown, that to low, intermediate and high parameters API and MSL the characteristic spectrum of social, economic and ecological attributes answers.
