The purpose of researches: increase of a durability and competitiveness of cutting loading machines at the expense of working out and realisation of probability-theoretic methods of design life calculation, that consider operational spectra of loading and feature at work in the set conditions of operation. Methods of researches - simulation of working processes on the computer, methods of the statistical theory of fatigue failure of details at non-stationary loads. The developed mathematical models of working processes of cutting loading machines allow to define for the first time actual working stress in shaft and cogwheels of cutting loading machines reducers. Recommendations for choice the loads block reducers of the road headers and cutter-loaders are developed, the analysis of functions of distribution of stress amplitudes and durability of shaft and tooth gearings is made. The analysis of the normative and technical documents regulating calculations on endurance road headers and cutter-loaders is made, and offers on their development and perfection are developed. Offers by definition and increase of a durability of cutting loading machines are developed. Results can be used at creation high-efficiency road headers and cutter-loaders, to meeting modern requirements on durability indicators.
