There have been determined indications and contraindications to laparoscopic operations, developed the methods of doing laparoscopic operations according to the source of AGP. Application of the latter allows to minimize surgical aggression in cases of surgical treatment, exclude the contact of infected material with tissues of abdominal wall, and in that way reduce the number of wound complications, practically exclude wound dehiscence, eventration, lower appearing of commissural postoperative complications.
