On the base of more then 20 years experience in Chernobyl catastrophe consequences elimination, and accounting the existing legislation of Ukraine on Chernobyl problems, the order of the expert's decision presentation, requirements to its content and form, characteristics of information given by the representative central organs of executive power were elaborated. Recommendations included requirements to information which is necessary and sufficient for decisions making in reference to the radiation state on territories, contaminated due to Chernobyl catastrophe, were elaborated and agreed with NCRPU.
