Оbject of researches - influence of biologically active matters of different nature on physiological and biochemical processes in the organism of dendrophilic lepidoptera.A work purpose is an experimental analysis of ecdysteroids agonists influencing and extracts of plants on growth, development and feed of odd and oak silkworms, that can be theoretical basis for development of new methods in practice of plants defense from vermin insects.Methods of researches - physiological, biochemical, statistical.Results of researches. It is set that the use in the process of grain production of oak bark extract promotes the revival of grain, viability and productivity of different forage lines. Conduces to the quantitative increase of albumen, glucose, triglycerides maintenance for oak silkworm caterpillars and chrysalises hemolymph. In the first time on the example of cultures of silkworms' preparations of new generation - ecdysteroids agonists R-209 and R-211 are approved in different climatic and forage terms. It is set that them biological activity depends on trophic specialization of insects-phytophagas. It is marked, that ecdysteroids agonists negatively influence on glucose and triglycerides maintenance in caterpillars and chrysalises of oak and odd silkworms both on oak and on a hornbeam. High biological activity is set in relation to the organism of oak silkworm of the artificially synthesized and natural preparations of new generation. New technologies of application of these preparations are got and made to order (sprinkling and lopping off of forage and eggs of silkworms, immersion of escapes of forage plants, is in solutions of the probed connections).Industry of application is General biology, general and technical entomologist, sericulture, plant protection.
