The new edition eliminated a number of contradictions with the Constitution of Ukraine, present in the Law of 2006. However it may also be improved in the future. In accordance with project of the Concept on public administration reformation in Ukraine, ministries, central government administrations (governing organs) are proposed to be classified as central organs of executive power. Organs of executive power specified by the Constitution of Ukraine (Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, Security Service of Ukraine) shall function independently from the Ministries.
