It is proved the order and mechanisms of interaction of medical institutions of different levels of rendering of medical aid, recommendations which concern distribution of volumes specialized medical aid between different branches of area are developed. Methodical aspects to development of standards of hospitalization of the population in medical establishments of a different level are proved. The approximate regulations about of hospitalization of patients on a gastric ulcer are developed. The toolkit (questionnaires and cards) for carrying out of expert estimations of basic kinds of the specialized medical aid concerning differentiation is prepared with the purpose of transfer of a part of functions of doctors "narrow" specialties to the family doctor according to 6 structuresand the order of their carrying out is determined.
