The output requirements is Designed on designing a modernized building heat supply. The Designed detailed design of the individual heat point (ITP) by the heat power 300 кW for ensuring the optimum distribution heat-transfer and regulations its parameters, as well as organizing instrument account of the consumption of the heat in the first body. A special room was organized for accommodation checking-measuring instruments. Instruments and equipment for experimental ITP was bought: an electronic regulator of the temperature, an automatic regulator of the swing of the pressure, swapping pumps, an electronic processing information block, sensors of the temperature for regulator of the system of the heating and other instruments. A work on the installation of experimental ITP and making the system of the measurement parameter of the heat supply was provided. The methods of the system parameter measurement of the building heat supply were designed. The recommendations for the further using of the introduced experimental ITP were developed.
