Plant of explorations - a reactionary band at an arc welding and a building-up welding, fluxing stones for a welding and building-up weldings. The purpose of operation - development of main principles for making new welding flux which meet the modern requirements on ecological indexes, to physico-chemical and сварочно-technological properties. Exploratory receptions - calculated and experimental. Calculated methods define optimization of the sizes of a sample for an estimate of separability of a slag crust, the shape of the weldpool, presence of a continuous slag calotte before an electrode, molefractions of builders in a reactionary band for typical oxides and thermodynamic features of responses in scoria at smelting of fluxing stones. Experimental methods examined physical features of existence of a reactionary welding zone in requirements of different conditions of a welding, energy parameters of existence of an electric arc at a welding and conformity of the shape of the weldpool with the modeled parameters. Necessity of separation of process of a welding under a fluxing stone on basic different two process is established. Presence of a continuous slag calotte in a front of a reactionary welding zone under a fluxing stone is shown. Necessity of the account of positions of nonequilibrium thermodynamics is defined at calculations of metallurgical processes. The new procedure of definition of compartment of a slag crust designed. The overall system of the assaying of existence of an electric arc is created and the new complex coefficient is offered. Features of existence of an electric arc are investigated at a welding under a fluxing stone. The mathematical sample piece of formation of the weldpool designed. Chemical processes are investigated at smelting of fluxing stones. Principles of making of welding flux with the improved indexes of ecological safety are defined and technological requirements on manufacture solid and fired fluxes designed.
