Informations technologies are offered for the exposure and account of risks, measuring, minimization and control of risks inherent to the investment projects in building. A structure and methods of providing of the system is developed, realized and inculcated its programmatic-methodical complexes. Results scientifically research work are inculcated in technology of analysis of the state of the real building object. It is desirable to continue scientifically research work in area of development of the systems of support of decision-making during realization of protective measures and estimation of risk-management efficiency in building.
