New approaches in the construction of signal transducers of microelectronic sensors for measuring the gas and liquid flux that provide for intelligent functions of measuring have been developed. Such transducers contain novel circuits for signal generation, analog-digital converters with efficient noise suppression, interfaces. In order to implement intelligent functions, the algorithm for the operation of microcontroller of the flux sensing device's tentative sample has been developed in the form of assembler code.
