It is stated that the entering of small hydrogen concentrations of (<0,08 H/M) causes the stimulated by hydrogen annealing of structure defects. When the hydrogen contents increases (Н/M>0,15) the general structure defectivity increases too. The entering of the small hydrogen concentrations causes the reduction of s-d scattering and increasing of s-s scattering and Debye temperature. The heat linear expansion coefficient increases too. It is found that the intergrain boundaries are the paths of fast hydrogen (or deuterium) diffusion in zirconium. The increasing of the part of hydride phase is connected with the thermal activated transitions of separate zirconium grains in hydride phase with energy of activations of this process 0.162 eV.
