Researches were conducted by a microstructural, microhardness, phase X-ray, electron microscopy analysis and method of radio-isotopes (to the method of deplating). It is shown that laser treatment and electro-spark alloying by titanium, chrome and zirconium in gases environments with carbon and nitrogen results in the saturation of superficial layers by a carbon and nitrogen and increase of hardness to 10 - 14 GPa as a result of formation of the developed dislocation structure and formation of fine carbides and nitrides of alloying elements. Research by the method of radio-isotopes shown that nature of alloying element influenced on to mass transfer of alloy constituents at electro-spark treatment and, accordingly, on a structure and properties of both alloying area and area located under the surface of specimen.
