The thesis deals with a solving of scientific problem of the relaxation processes description in magnetics with degenerate basic states. It is shown, that Landau - Lifshits or Gilbert relaxation terms cannot describe the spin wave damping in case of degenerate basic state with continuous parameter of degeneration. The dissipative function for ferromagnetic crystals of different symmetry was constructed. These dissipative functions are based on magnetic crystal's symmetry. They take in account the laws of conservation and describe relaxation caused by both the exchange and relativistic interactions. The spin wave spectra and damping were calculated for ferromagnets with hexagonal and tetragonal symmetry. The relaxation of the absolute value of magnetic moment is obtained. It is shown, that relaxation is two-stage process.
