Kholodny Institute of Botany NASU popup.description2 Investigation object: Phaseolus vulgaris L., Zea mays L., Chara contraria A. Braun ex Kutz., Chara vulgaris L., Persicaria amphybia L.Delarbre , Nicotiana silvestris L.,Chenopodium rubrum L., Perilla nankinensis L., Nicotiana tabacum L. Methods: microscope, HPLC, TLC. The aim:The purpose of this investigation was to clarify the special features of morphogenesis, structure, hormonal balance, protein metabolism and their interconnections in organs of plants of different systematical positions during ontogenesis. Complex investigation of hormonal and protein systems of higher and lowest plants with different growth types (intercalary and apical) at successive ontogenesis stages including vegetative growth and reproductive development was carried out for the first time. Quality composition and quantity content of main hormonal complex components in different organs of representatives of mono- and dycotyledons as well as Chara algae were established. The presence of indole-3-acetic and abscisic acids,gibberellin-like substances, cytokinins (zeatin, zeatinriboside, zeatinglucoside) and ability to exude ethylene at all ontogenesis stages were shown. Essential redistribution of phytohormones and their free and bound forms between plant organs during development was demonstrated as a result of phytohormones dynamics analyses. Both vegetative and generative organs in the period of intensive growth and development are characterized by the high phytohormones levels. This indicates the intensification of phytohormones signalled genes expression and activation of correspondent proteins synthesis. The following metabolism activation is necessary to provide intensive growth and development. The data about native phytohormones localization indicate their participation in cell division and elongation processes, in coordination of underground and surface plant parts growth during ontogenetic development. This confirms the point of view about signalling role of certain phytohormones in roots - shoots communications. Proteinkinase C activation in the process of flowering induction of different photoperiodic plant groups was shown. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
