The work aim is experimental and theoretical researches of wave-like processes in near-earth space. The technique of research is ground-based radiophysical technique incoherent scatter. The newness: the unique data about wave-like disturbances in ionospheric plasma, which accompanying high-energy processes in lithosphere, atmosphere, ionosphere and magnetosphere in natural conditions and man's impact conditions are received using the incoherent scatter radar. The optimal procedure of detection the wave-like disturbances on incoherent scatter signal power and electron density sounding is developed. The natural wave-like disturbances parameters are researched in period summer and winter solstice as well as spring and autumn equinox. The observations of ionosphere parameters fluctuation are led in period of space vehicle launches.
