The object of the research - is biological and electrical activity of human brain, biophysical parameters of human brain tissue (impedance, electrical capacity of tissues, temperature, intra-skull pressure) in norm and in case of some forms of consciousness disorder. Aim of the research - is to study spontaneous emission of a human and parameters of brain tissues of biological and physical nature (biological and electrical activity, impedance, electrical capacity of brain tissues, temperature and inra-skull pressure) under extreme and terminal conditions in cases of acute cerebral insufficiency of various types of genesis with the preparation for a conclusion on opportunities of using these parameters for neuron net modeling of diagnostic algorithm of functional condition of human brain. Methods of the study - are research of electronic activity of human brain (electric encephalogram), methods of neuron net modeling, methods of mathematical modeling. The results obtained - study of biological and physical parameters of human brain of a group of healthy people-volunteers with the purpose of mathematical description of the concept of “ideal norm has been done. Study of electric encephalogram in patients with acute cerebral insufficiencies of various kinds of genesis (60 patients) has been done. The principal parameters for building neuron net models of biological and electrical activity of human brain of a group of volunteers have been revealed. It has been for the first time that mathematical modeling of statistic prognosis of neuron physiological reaction to outside irritants have been developed. Analysis of regressive polynorms of models has been done and on its basis associative links, reflecting intellectual activity of human brain, has been done. Prognosis - there have been developed mathematical models of static and dynamic forecasting of intellectual activity of human brain, which are adequate concerning their use in experimental industrial exploitation as a part of special mathematical support of the sub-system of technical censor robots.
