Subject of investigations: Optimization of breeding process during intra- and interspecific hybridization. Aim of the planned investigations: Revealing peculiarities of quantitative signs manifestation during intra- and interspecific hybridization, as well as expansion of genotypic variability spectrum during intra- and interspecific hybridization for creation of initial material on a new genetic basis. In the result of investigation in 2007 it is revealed that experimental factors of the medium - ?-treatment of F1 hybrid seeds (7 and 15 кR), provoked translocation of Mendel segregation in alternative marker groups (Aw - aw, C - with, M-2 - m-2), that is very important for increase of the crossing-over rate and the recombination level in the studied combinations of crossing. The idea is confirmedthat wild species and semicultivated varieties of tomato are the main gene carriers of the high content of fruits biologically-valuable components. On the basis of multispecific (4 and 6 specific) synthetic populations there are created isolines, which are notable for high content of biologically-valuable components in fruits, resistance to biotic and abiotic factors, as well as additional genetically determinate economic-valuable sings.
