These films are the base of solid ion electrolytes of high stability of high temperature zirconium-ceramic fuel cells for the electric current and heat generation from natural gas. The films were deposited using electron beam co-evaporation of ceramic alloy components from independent sources with subsequent condensation of vapors of the components on porous and continuous metal substrates. The technique for the preparation of porous metal-ceramic ZrO2-Y2O3 and Ni-ZrO2-Sc2O3 composite films which are the basic elements of anode of solid oxidation fuel sells has been developed.
