Certain interrelations between the alteration of electrical conductivity and temperature indexes on representative acupuncture points and the state of correspondent organs and systems were noted. New hypothesis of meridian is given. The results have theoretical and practical signature because form the scientific base of acupuncture as therapeutic method.
