The purpose of examination - making of solid polymeric electrolytes for lithium cells. For synthesized polyionenes reference only one temperature transition - glass transition - in temperature range from -45 up to 71оС. Values of glass transition grows with diminution of length of ethylenoxides fragment. Polyionenes with short ethylenoxides fragments (n=2-9) are amorphous, and at increase of amount of constitutional repeating units up to 20 the crystalline structure, reference for polyethylenoxides is shaped. In dielectric spectrums of polyionenes with low ionic concentration the dipole relaxation, bound with a local motion of molecular chains and relaxation of conductance is observed. For a surveyed series polyionenes a reference high level of an ionic conductivity, which is incremented with magnification of concentration of ionic centres (10-3 Sm/sm - 10-5 Sm/sm).
