Simulating microgravity effect on course of virus infection of economically important agricultural plants. Interferon-induced signal system functioning in immune-competent cells under simulating microgravity influence and introduction of biological active preparations. Analisys of interferon-induced system respond of immune-competent cell on transforming environment influence in various experimental models. popup.stage_title Head Mishchenko Lidiya Trokhimivna, Доктор біологічних наук Registration Date 22-05-2008 Organization Taras Shevchenko Kiev university popup.description2 Nature of PVY reproduction depended on sort feature of potato plants and clinorotation variant. During cultivation concentration of antigens in potato plants, infected PVM, reduced. This effect was especially evident in plants with long time clinorotation. In potato plants, infected PVS, concentration of antigens was increasing in proportion to time of clinorotation. Effect of simulating microgravity leads to loss of lymphocyte cells of rat tymus, that increased with time of experiment. Biologically active preparations based on interferon inductors stimulate activity of OAS in spleen and tymus rat lymphocytes in vitro and in vivo.
