The purpose of work is a study of epizootic situation, in relation to the enzootic bovine leucosis with application of modern methods of diagnostics of ELISA and PCR on the example of experimental farm PG SUKPL. Methods of researches - polymerase chain reaction in the mode of the real time (PCR-RT), ELISA. Results of the carried out researches - evaluated of 473 blood samples of diary cattle by the methods of PCR and ELISA, from which found out positive 192 animals, that makes approximately 12,6% of total number of livestock of subsidiary economy of Sviato-Uspenskoy Kievo-Pecherskoy Lavre. Confirmed efficiency of application of PCR at research of calves up to 6 month (differentiation of colosral antibodies, from antibodies, produced during an infection). The use of AGID for in-time diagnostics and eradication of bovine leucosis is ineffective. Range of application - eradication of bovine leukaemia virus in large scale application.
