The purpose of work is development of conceptually-methodological principles of “greening” of agricultural production on the basis of development and introduction of clean technologies The research method is a economic-ecological analysis, approach of the systems, methods of estimation of competitiveness of products, generalization and comparison. Strategic interests of the state consist in providing of stable socio-economic development, which is based on the rational use, guard and proceeding in naturally-resource potential of country and saving of quality of environment. It is proved that on the modern stage of economic transformations one of effective ways of overcoming existent economic-ecological contradictions, quickest achievement of aims of environmental development must become “greening” of domestic economy on the basis of investment-innovative model. Development and realization of strategyof “greening” of agricultural production due to complex introduction ecologically of clean technologies is one of major pre-conditions of providing of transition of Ukraine to strong economic growth. Expedience of realization of the offered strategy, above all things, in an agricultural sector, conditioned the necessities of modern society, about what testify analysis of markets ecologically clean products and technologies, estimation of their competitiveness. However, on the basis of development and introduction of clean technologies it is necessary the major condition of realization of “greening” of agricultural production to count development of the proper organizationally-economic mechanism. The results of work can be used at development of National conception of introduction and development ecologically of clean production in Ukraine.
