In them at the analysis basis functions with real argument are used only. As a result it is possible to spend the analysis of curves simultaneously in hour and frequency areas. The new approach for use of the theory of classification is created. It allows to calculate a measure of proximity of plants with use wavelet-factors. New algorithms of diagnostics of converters of an electric energy are offered. By means of the developed algorithms it is possible to determine a condition of electrotechnical plants behind an aspect wavelet-spectras of hour associations of their currents, voltages and temperatures. The microprocessor system of diagnostics is developed. The device allows to determine a condition of accident and an aspect of inaccuracy during work.
