A purpose of the work was development of theoretical basis and practical methods of improvement of informing descriptions of images, created OMIOES in visible and infra-red ranges of spectrum. The results of the work are mathematical model of complex "object - background - atmosphere - OMIOES - operator", multilevel image fusion algorithms for OMIOES, principles of parameter adaptation of OMIOES taking into account descriptions of entrance signal. The novelty of work is that the processes of forming of information in the different channels of OMIOES, its treatment and visual analysis of eventual result are considered from single positions within the framework of the incorporated model.
