The role of chemical factors of muddy environment in forming of pathology of the reproductive system at women is studied. The principles of correction of reproductive violations, measures of treatment and prophylaxis, on the economy of reproductive health and improvement of quality of life of women in ecological muddy areas are developed. The introduction of researches allowed to lower frequency of reproductive violations on 20%, frequency of complications of pregnancy on 10%, births on 10%, prenatal pathology on 5%, to promote quality of life of patients.
