The goal of the reseach is investigation of humoral disturbances at a traumatic disease and development of a method of correction of these violations. The methods of the investigation are biochemical, immunoenzyme, physiological, immunohistochemical, radioimmunological. The results are as follows: the role of humoral disturbances at a traumatic disease was determined at different types of hemodynamics. The character and intercommunication between cyclic nucleotides, prostanoids, calcium in forming reaction of the cardiovascular system were determined. The function of the nitric oxide system in miocardium was examined at a traumatic disease. There was developed pathogenetic treatment with the use of donors of nitric oxide for the purpose of correction of humoral disturbances at a traumatic disease and decrease in lethality. Depression of functional activity of nitric oxide and prostacyclin is connected with hemodynamics violations and severity of an injury. Balance of different (opposite) prostaglandins has an important role in the formation of a cardiovascular reaction. Depression of nitric oxide synthesis, NO-syntase activity and increase in nonoxidizing arginaze mechanism with urea accumulation in myocardium are observed at a traumatic disease. Hypocalciemia and hormonal disturbances are observed in animals with an unfavourable outcome of a traumatic disease. The results are introduced into the training course at the department of pathophysiology and Central Research Laboratory of Donetsk National Medical University, into the training course at the department of pathophysiology of Lugansk State Medical University, Bukovina State Medical University, Crimea State Medical University.
