The purpose of work - Increase of technical and economic parameters of processes of LPD which are used in rolling, press-drawing and forge-stamping manufacture, on the basis of specification of laws stress-deformed condition of metal and force-energy parameters, and also development of recommendations on perfection of technological modes and the equipment for their realization. Mathematical models and software are developed for their realization on the basis of which laws of plastic deformation of processes deposits smooth and profiled tools, processes of restoration worn out sintered-carbide matrixes press-drawing manufactures and manufactures of contact wire. Theoretical decisions for the express estimation of mechanical properties of metals are developed. The experimental estimation of the received technical decisions is given. Results can be used at the metallurgical and machine-building enterprises at development of processes of restoration of matrixes press-drawing manufactures and manufacturing of a wire contact, and also in scientific institutes at research of plastic working processes.
