The developed technology of posterior capsule opening at atypical congenital cataracts (the patent of Ukraine №58452 A), guarantees to implant IOL in the bag, allows to make the dosed out aperture in the posterior capsule centre, to prevent vitreous loss. Flexible monoblock IOL Acrysof, placed in-the-bag (in the capsule ring), within 24 months follow up keeps stable position in 96,3 %. The developed algorithm of IOL power calculation at monocular cataract (the patent of Ukraine №13994) accelerates processes of binocular functions formation and development in children. The best functional result (87,9 %) is received at children with pseudophacia after binocular zonular congenital cataracts extraction.
