The advantages of lamellar keratoplasty in dependence of stage and form of disease was shown. The mathematic models of possibility to receive high visual result in dependence of some risk factors at patients with corneal dystrophies and herpetic keratitis were worked out. The possibility of correction of thiol status disturbance, that was found at herpetic keratitis, with use of drugs "fakovit" and "taufon" was shown.
