Influence of conditions of weightlessness imitation on characteristics of rat bones by an electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR), proton magnetic resonance (PMR) and X-ray-structural analysis (RSA) has been investigated. By EPR method native radicals Rn, that are localized in the organic matrix of bones, radicals CO2 , which are localized on a surface of bioapatite nanocrystals, and admixture phases of carbonate matters have been explored. By methods PMR and RSA phase composition of explored bones has been investigated. It is established, that by means CO2 radicals can be studied changes of bone anisotropy, and also power of communication of hydroxyapatite nanocrystals with the organic matrix of bone fabric.
