It has been shown that a phase of variable content of CaxGd0,44Mn0,56Oy is formed at 1300 oC, where Ca index can vary from x = 0 to x = 0.12. The peculiarities of the phase content and dependences of the elementary cell sizes of the systems studied show that the substitution of Cu and Ti by Mn in СаСu3Ti4O12 perovskite result in the inclusion of the Mn into the crystalline structure of the calcium - copper titanate with the formation of the solid solutions. The process of film formation by the selective sputtering on the surface of the oxides and MgAl alloy with different components concentration has been studied. It has been shown that the formation of such films can be described in the framework of a model considering the opacity of the sample surface layer.
