A pyrpose of work is conducting of researches on strengthening of concrete of constructions or the reinforced concretes of hydrotechnical buildings of landreclamation, which is exploited in difficult terms is moistening and drying, freezing and thawing, to pressure of water, alluviums of ice and shugy, that increase of operationg reliability, to durability on a compression, bend, shock durability and elimination, due to introduction in the complement of the modified fine-grained concrete of polymeris fibre of F-19. On the basis of the conducted researches Regulation is developed on technology of preparation and application of the modified concrete, intended for work in difficult terms with the use of polymeric fibre.
