The study of peculiarities of the Polissya inhabitants language of 16-17th century and its comparison with the facts of modern dialectology will allow to estimate the linguistic situation on Ukrainian and Byelorussian territories which were included in Grate Lithuanian Principality and also to spill light on the problem of differentiating of Ukrainian and Byelorussian memorials.
