So time needed for single measurement and easiness while its performing are of great importance. Developing of automated complex for such measurements allows one to simplify and speed up of procedure for finding experimental values and carry out time dependence of state of biological objects. Beside this it improves statistical accuracy of the results. In present work modern methods for automated measurements of dielectric permeability of samples which are similar to biological are presented. Taking them into account structural model of automated reflectometer is proposed. Functional components with their detail description are considered. They are designed in compliance with state-of-art instrumentation requirements. The model proposed allows one to easily upgrade its functionality and modify whole complex for specific user needs, including EHF-dielectrometry of biological objects.
