Purpose of investigation is the developing of "Methodology of traffic safety rate estimation on the motor roads of Ukraine, based on the implementation of informatics' techniques, disciplinary data basis "RSM" in statistics and analysis of TVA (Transport Vehicles Accidents), occurred on the national motor roads.
