Except for that the method of precipitation offered by gas-dynamical stream of steam is in details reflected. Thus methods of atomic-power scanning microscopy investigate the features of nanocrystal structures PbTe received formation from gas-dynamical stream of steam on fresh placed (0001) of mica, (111) BaF2 crystals. As varied technology factors chosen precipitation temperature Тp = (350 - 630) K, temperature of evaporation Тe = (670 - 820) K and growth time up to 10 min.
